Refund policy
Faulty or wrong item
We apologise if you have received a product that is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong product. You are welcome to an exchange or refund. Please contact us using the contact page to arrange this. Please make sure you have your order details handy.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act (New Zealand) you are entitled to have your product repaired, replaced or refunded.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Unfortunately earrings due to there nature are unable to be returned. Exceptions may be made if they are unworn and you contact us immediately on delivery if you change your mind.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
This policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a credit or exchange.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
